Our Team

CS Ashita Kaul is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and heads the firm. A qualified Company Secretary, and having passed out from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Ashita Kaulworked for 3 years as compliance head of a leading mutual fund, before setting up the firm in December 2004.

We have a team of 10 people, comprising of qualified company secretaries, semi qualified Company secretaries and law graduates, having post qualification experience and extensive knowledge of listed and other closely held public/private companies.
